Mechanical and electrical installations (E.g. lifts, switch rooms and water pumps)
oversees repairs and cyclical works for:

Re-roofing works at the estates under our purview
Provision and upgrading of common amenities For:

Lift lobbies
-
Linkways
-
Residents’ corners
conservancy and horticulture
The town council will:

Ensure the upkeeping of cleanliness at common property and open areas

Maintain the landscaped grounds within the estate
-
Arrange for conservancy workers to be on hand to provide assistance
to residents in the removal
of bulky items
(E.g. mattresses, sofas, refrigerators and television sets)
Enforcement Actions

The Town Council implements and enforces a set of by-laws that
governs the use of common property and open spaces.
Payment
Collection of payment for:

Service and conservancy charges (S&CC)
-
The use of common property (E.g. use of void decks, multi-purpose halls)
-
Permits issued (E.g. Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) fees)
