Learn about the Do’s and Don’ts along our common areas and find out how you can contribute to gracious living in the neighbourhood. Coupled with storied examples and illustrations, the by-laws booklet is designed to help our residents gain an understanding of the Town Council’s by-laws so as to avoid incurring hefty fines.

Sengkang Footprints Newsletter

Read up on the latest happenings around the neighbourhood. “Sengkang Footprints” is SKTC’s bi-annual newsletter that keeps you up-to-date on the latest community events and townwide developments taking place in Sengkang. The newsletter is released in July and December each year, available in print and digital formats. Residents may read the digital version on the Town Council’s website (www.sktc.sg) or pick up a hardcopy at the Town Council’s offices.   

Eco-Friendly Cutlery Pouch

As a driver of sustainability in Sengkang Town, SKTC strives to advocate green practices to reduce waste in our town. Join us on our quest to encourage sustainability with the Eco-Friendly Cutlery Pouch. Say “No” to disposable cutleries and do your part for the environment by reducing waste materials today. 

Should you require further assistance with municipal-related matters, please contact Sengkang Town Council at 6590-9700 during office hours or the Emergency Maintenance Services Unit (EMSU) after office hours at 1800-241-7711 (for residents living in Anchorvale) and 1800-325-8888  (for residents living in Buangkok, Compassvale and Rivervale).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The welcome kit is only available to homeowners who have purchased NEW / RESALE flats in Sengkang GRC during or after 2022.  To redeem the welcome kit, visit any of the Town Council’s offices with your NRIC during collection. Limited to one welcome kit/household ONLY.
