In accordance with the Infocomm Media Development Authority’s (IMDA) implementation of measures to safeguard consumers against the threat of scam SMSes, Sengkang Town Council (SKTC) has registered our SMS Sender ID with the Singapore SMS Sender ID Registry (SSIR).

To protect the legitimacy and safeguard the identity of SKTC, all SMSes will bear the “SKTC”  sender ID from 01 May 2023.

Should you receive any SMSes allegedly from SKTC with a “Likely-SCAM” sender ID, please email us at enquiry@sktc.sg to verify the message content.

In the interests of our residents, SKTC will continue to work closely with the relevant Government agencies to combat the evolving threat of scams.
