We wish to update you that the new 24-hour EMSU hotline is 6590 9777 and will come into effect on 01 April 2023.

EMSU is a 24-hour service provided by the Town Council to attend to your urgent essential services and maintenance requests.

The change to a single EMSU hotline will harmonise the current EMSU numbers, which were previously managed by our existing EMSU service providers (CPG Facilities Management and Cushman & Wakefield Services Pte Ltd). These will come to an end on 31 March 2023.

Residents can continue to contact SKTC at 6590 9700 for estate and finance enquiries (during office hours) and our newly appointed EMSU service provider (EM Services Pte Ltd) at 6590 9777.
